How We hire?

At Priestley Management Company (PMC), we believe our success is built on the dedication and expertise of our team. Step 1: Application Submission

Begin your journey with PMC by submitting an online application for the position that best fits your skills and experience. Be sure to include a detailed resume and a thoughtful cover letter highlighting why you’re an excellent fit for our team.

Step 2: Initial Screening

Qualified candidates will participate in an initial phone or virtual interview. This conversation helps us learn more about your background, career goals, and alignment with PMC’s culture and values.

Step 3: In-Person or Virtual Interview

Candidates advancing past the screening stage will meet with our hiring team for a more in-depth interview. This step provides an opportunity to discuss the role in detail, share your experiences, and ask questions about our company and team.
