Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance and repairs across residential properties in the Greensboro area. This role involves completing work orders efficiently, performing hands-on repairs, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and small projects in a timely manner

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:

  • Drywall patching and repairs

  • Minor plumbing (fixtures, leaks, toilets)

  • Minor electrical (fixtures, outlets – no license required)

  • Interior and exterior painting

  • Basic carpentry (doors, hardware, minor repairs)

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Coordinate with Field Operations Managers as needed

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

• Assist with common area upkeep and occasional daytime emergency response

• Self-starter

• Sedicated to continual quality improvement

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Adhere to safety practices/ QSHA guidelines

• Ability to plan and manage projects under the direction of Field Maintenance Operator

• Occasionally upgrade skill set to meeting changing job conditions

• Carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.

• Must be proficient in outlook
