We are currently seeking a field maintenance tech. Duties include:

  • Coordinate with Field Operation Managers to complete projects and work orders efficiently

  • Performing hands-on maintenance and small repairs.

  • Communication with homeowners, including meeting on work sites as needed

  • Perform minor electrical maintenance (that do not require a license).

  • Perform minor interior and exterior painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g., preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks, and handles, etc.

  • Perform drywall repairs

  • Performs minor plumbing maintenance that do not require a license.

  • Performs minor painting, carpentry (e.g., preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.).

  • Roofing Experience preferred.

  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

  • Common area maintenance and daytime emergency janitorial duties

  • Maintenance background

  • Construction background and property management experience a plus.

  • Good communication skills

  • Teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter

  • Sedicated to continual quality improvement

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Adhere to safety practices/ QSHA guidelines

  • Ability to plan and manage projects under the direction of Field Maintenance Operator

  • Occasionally upgrade skill set to meeting changing job conditions

  • Carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.

  • Must be proficient in outlook
