Job description

Priestley Management Company has been a leader in community association management since 1990. Our mission is to provide superior customer service while preserving, protecting, and enhancing the value of our customer’s asset. We achieve this using a team approach to provide the following services to homeowner associations throughout North Carolina: physical property management, financial services, administrative services, and technology services.

We are currently seeking a Resale Coordinator to join our Greensboro, NC office location.

Your contribution to the team:

  • Complete resale orders

  • Process closing documents

  • Contact attorneys regarding closings

  • Scan information into software system

  • Administrative duties as needed

  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience necessary)

  • Association/property management industry knowledge a plus

  • Experience with register of deed websites a plus

  • 3 – 5 years working in office environment required
